Phil Landers was a self-confessed sugar addict until a trip to cocoa fields in Guatemala and a peek behind the scenes of a chocolatier changed his palette to seek out more than just a sugar rush in a bar of chocolate. Having launched Land in 2016, he whips up this melt-in-your-mouth 58% Venezuelan Oat Milk chocolate bar blended from Puerto-Cabello cocoa beans and oat flour to mimic the creaminess of milk powder, to create a fudgy, caramel flavour free from dairy.
