Two hundred thousand years ago, a volcano located in Jalisco, Mexico, exploded. The aftermath meant that the surrounding soils became rich with nutrients, which soon cultivated the blue agave plant. Distillery Volcan De Mi Terra sources its ingredients from these fertile lowlands and creates its Blanco tequila. A bright spirit, its crisp flavours reflect the heart of the century plant, making it an excellent choice for an on-the-rocks cocktail.
