A document dating back to 1763 gives
The Glenturret the confidence to name itself Scotland’s oldest working distillery, and even hundreds of years ago it had a reputation of being “remarkably traditional”. Today, with a completely new range helmed by Bob Dalgarno, the distillery still sources its water from the rushing River Turret. This 7-year-old whisky nods to the brand’s historical use of peat smoke, and lends a mellow, sweet and smoky character.
