Whoever said you don't need to tone as part of your skincare regime has clearly never used Elemis' Rehydrating Ginseng toner. It's formulated with extracts of Korean ginseng, quillaja wood and sweet betty flower to help maintain the natural pH level without using alcohol or other harsh detergents. Delivering bouts of hydration with a few simple spritzes, it's perfect for dry skin in need of nourishment.
