A handy makeup setting spray from Urban Decay, the Chill is designed to keep makeup in place all day. Designed for dry or combination skin, the spray has an innovative cooling time-release Temperature Control technology that lowers the temperature on the surface of makeup. That cooling power prevents makeup from smudging or settling into fine lines. It has a microfine, mist-like application.
