You may be familiar with Falmouth, but have you heard of neighbouring Mylor? It’s the home to the Cornwall Pasta Co, so we’re getting ourselves well acquainted. Dreamt up by Chef Nicholas Egan, this West Country venture uses only organic and foraged goods. Introducing: the classic campanelle pasta. When it comes to the ingredients the list is short and sweet: organic durum wheat semolina and water. Simple, yes, but the porous surface is a blank canvas which will absorb all your delicious, mouth-watering sauces.
