If you’re unfamiliar with the famous French treat known as mendiants, allow Michel Cluizel to introduce you to the Noir & Lait box. The world-renowned master chocolatier, nicknamed the goldsmith of chocolate, pours top-quality dark and light cocoa into 25 small puddles and tops each with candied orange pieces, whole pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts, all caramelised in copper cauldrons. Once set, they create irresistibly bite-sized discs of confectionary delight.
