Prestigious champagne house
Pol Roger doesn’t make a non-vintage rosé – meaning that every bottle which leaves its gates is from a crop deemed worthy of immortalising. A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes, it’s made in small batches in just the same way as its brut champagne, with the addition of a small amount of still red wine before the second fermentation. The result? A salmon-pink tipple with citrussy, red fruit notes and an endlessly flowing stream of fine bubbles.
