We won’t waste our time telling you about Burberry’s heritage when it comes to trench coats; the label has long been synonymous with the iconic British layer. This iteration dubbed the Kensington (after a particularly swish London neighbourhood) is cut entirely from cotton, so it’s as lightweight as it is hardwearing. Fastening through a double-breasted front, the slender silhouette is cinched with a staple belt – and licked with signature checks on the interior, of course.
