Every year, Clase Axul releases just 100 bottles of its Ultra-Extra Anejo tequila. Recognisable through its traditional Talavera-style decanter glittering with platinum, silver and 24-carat gold patterns, the spirit is aged for a minimum of three years in charred cherry-oak casks creating a flavour swirling with notes of sweet honey and warming vanilla shimmering with a kick of spice. Salt and lime at the ready? Saludo.
