Tod’s takes cues from a style of shoe as synonymous with summer as striped beach umbrellas to craft these sandals: espadrilles. Yes, they sit on rubber soles outlined with woven raffia. Working their way over the top, thin straps shaped from strips of leather create the structure, each one fitted with its own gold-toned buckle signed off with the Italian house’s branding.
