    A new edition of the Antique collection comes out of the Buffalo Trace distillery every year, and this William Larue Weller release has been aged for a minimum of 12 years. Kentucky Corn, North Dakota wheat and malted barley come together to create this straight bourbon whisky; a malty concoction that then goes into American White Oak casks for maturation. All kind of notes fill each sip, but tilled earth, tobacco, clover honey, maple syrup, and pecan pie are just a few.
