Velvet trim padded shell jacket

After a two-year sabbatical, London-based designer Nicomede Talavera returned to his namesake label. The founder looked to a hodgepodge of inspirations for his comeback, juxtaposing nostalgia with dystopia. This shell jacket reflects both these concerns, as the brands crafts it from futuristic nylon, and cuts it to an oversized, 90s style silhouette. Signature monochromatic panels section off the front, while velvet stripes accentuate the shoulders.
