Harvested and selected by hand, glera (from very old clones), verdiso, perera and bianchetta grapes are pressed using the force of gravity to create the
Ca' dei Zago Col Fondo prosecco. Fermented in concrete tanks for 10-20 days, it’s then decanted into stainless-steel tanks and stored upright. Made in the region of Veneto, Italy, it’s best served with delicious appetizers, smoked cheeses and creamy risottos.
