Farmed in South Africa, hand-harvested, and after wild fermentation, the delectable Love Bite from New Theory is created. This unfiltered bottle has been made using old vines overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and is a fresh beaujolais-style Cinsault from the Stellenbosch area. It's packed with a healthy concentration of red fruits, soft tannins, and a moreish saline note and is best served chilled.
