This Chinuri is a crisp, refreshing orange wine crafted by Pheasant's Tears in Sighnaghi, Georgia. The winery was co-founded in 2007 by John Wurdeman and Gela Patalishvili, whose commitment to reviving ancient winemaking traditions is evident in this exquisite amber-hued wine. Expertly crafted from Chinuri grapes, it’s bursting with notes of tropical fruits, honey, and florals on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied palate flowing with stone fruit flavours and a subtle tannic finish.
