Exclusive to Selfridges Selection, ours is made using a one-of-a-kind – and indulgently traditional – recipe. It’s perfectly matured (for nine months) to be ready for the big day, so it’s ready to serve to your waiting guests when Santa comes knocking. Bursting with tasty fruits and nuts soaked in a glug of brandy, it’s the only way to round off your feast.

Preparation Instructions
Other:
Remove outer packaging.
To steam: Do not remove film lid. Place the basin in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 2 hours. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Do not allow the steamer to boil dry .
To microwave: Pierce film lid and place on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power: 750W/850W for 2½ minutes. stand for 2 minutes. Heat on Full Power: 750W/850W for a further 2½ minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.
