Puerto Rican designer Erika Peña’s travels have informed her bohemian designs, but she always returns to her Latin roots, hence the name of the Sabrina Rumba dress. Whipped up from 16 meters (yes, you read that correctly) of hand-dyed breezy cotton-voile, it’s shaped with a voluminous tiered skirt and topped with equally capacious bell sleeves. That’ll create just the right amount of drama should you be inclined to participate in the Rumba.
