As a former Catholic schoolboy, Thom Browne spends a lot of time reminiscing, telling WWD, “It’s nice to remember the innocence of childhood.” His tailoring always seems to take inspiration from childhood, mixing school uniform influences with his signature preppy aesthetic to create pieces like this jacket. It’s cut from pure wool to a streamlined single-breasted silhouette that’s signed off with the hallmark striped tab at the back of the neck.
