Octomore 11.1 Scottish Barley five-year-old whisky 700ml

The result of one of Bruichladdich’s many experimental drams, the Octomore range is named after James Brown’s farm above Port Charlotte. Just 28 acres were planted in 2013 for this 11.1 bottle, before it’s matured for five years. With only 30000 bottles available, it’s a limited edition run that comes through with peat, light floral notes and ctirus on the nose, and a gentle sweetness with honey and fruit syrup on the palate.
