New Six-Balanced Armature Architecture
Fathom is equipped with six custom-made balanced armature drivers, each designed with a specific role in mind to enhance your listening experience. The configuration includes dual custom high-definition super tweeters for crisp, clear highs; a pair of custom mid-range drivers for accurate vocal and instrument reproduction; and dual custom BA woofers for rich, balanced bass. This setup is meticulously engineered to deliver precise sound reproduction across the entire frequency range.

Phase Harmony Engineering
At Campfire Audio, Campfire's philosophy on driver treatment emphasizes quality over quantity. Instead of competing to fit the highest number of drivers into an earphone, Campfire focuses on a results-driven technique that enhances product consistency and minimizes potential pitfalls and variables.

One product of this approach is Campfire's Phase Harmony Engineering, which segments the frequency spectrum and assigns these segments to specific drivers, allowing each to apply its strengths to its designated area. This method, combined with precision-engineered driver housings and shell geometry, along with custom damping values, shapes the tuning and responsse of the drivers and their interaction with one another. This interaction is crucial to eliminating potential phase cancellation and creating the subtleties that don't show on a frequency response curve, such as imaging, separation, resolution, and soundstage.
