The Chessie trainer from Carvela Comfort is essentially a sock with ambitions for trainer greatness. Witness: the knitted sock-like upper has decorated itself with some fancy shiny details, a gold-tone stud and a strap over the front. It has also managed to commandeer a bouncy contrast sole.
