Francis Egly is the current fourth-generation head of Ambonnay Champagne grower-producer Egly-Ouriet. He is against “vins stereotypes”, believing that his mission is “to please but also to surprise”. This champagne is the expression of a family style that comes, first and foremost, from perfectly tended vineyards. Blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this effervescent wine unveils aromas of ripe orchard fruit, fresh mint and white pepper, with a mineral-rich finish.
