There are ‘dad’ trainers, and then there are the Running-Dad trainers from Golden Goose – a design that combines the Venetian brand’s focus on craftsmanship with a real sense of authenticity. Made from a mix of leather and suede panels, they’re famously and deliberately distressed with worn-in details that make them instantly recognisable – which only adds to the trend’s 80s heirloom aesthetic.
