Nestled in the shadow of Mount Daisen, Matsui utilises the area's pure, crystalline water to produce award-winning whiskies. The Tattori blended malt is a loving homage to the Japanese region in which it is created. The golden spirit is aged for a period of three years in bourbon barrels, which imparts a sweet palate of caramel vanilla and malt, with a steady undercurrent of toasted wood and smoky warmth.
