Created by Candido Garcia Cruz, this small-batch mezcal is made from Neta, using 100% Espadin agave. The technique utilised? Quiotudo – which means that the agave used had its quiote cut off before it flowered, which results in the plant's sugars becoming more concentrated. This bottle is all the sweeter for it, making it an excellent choice to slip slowly on the rocks. Us? We're pouring it into a margarita.
