Designed to glide effortlessly along the inside or outside lash line, the Intense liner leaves bold colour with waterproof resilience in its wake. Complete with a built-in sponge at the base; it perfectly softens liner for a smudged and intense smoky eye. But a quick sharpen of the pencil will leave this tool ready to precisely tackle hard-to-reach waterlines.
