David Swift Phinney founded Orin Swift in 1998 after gaining hands-on experience in some of Napa Valley’s most renowned wineries. The 2019 Papillon is a Cabernet Sauvignon-rich blend, showcasing the Californian wine region's excellent grape quality; the full-bodied, complex palate reveals an array of rich notes, from black cherry and dark chocolate to creamy coffee.
