School is back in session at
adidas, and its first lesson is in OTT styling by means of colour, bold lines and the
ZX8000 trainers. First released in 1989, they’re updated for maximalist-mania, with earthy hues splashed across the textured profile. Blending suede and mesh into a low-top style, the pair is accented with geometric panels and detailed with a thick heel. We can safely say, even decades later, that Torsion midsole is still going strong.
