• Application: Begin by exfoliating the lips and blotting off any excess oil. Then use the Lip Contour to trace the lips and fade towards the centre. Apply a thin layer of Liquid Matte in the corresponding or light shade to fill the lips. Allow 30 seconds to dry to an opaque finish.
