Allegrini combines traditional methods with a novel approach to winemaking to produce the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico. Grown on chalk and clay soils in the producer’s hillside vineyards situated up to 280-metres above sea level, Corvina, Corvinone, Oseleta, and Rondinella grapes are dried before they’re destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks to create the signature cherry aromas permeating the wine.
