Sauvelle is a naturally crafted vodka made at a micro distillery in the region of Cognac. Carefully distilled to full strength by Miko, Sauvelle's Distiller & Créateur de Spiritueux, this soft-wheat French spirit is brought down to 41% volume over the course of several months. In the final weeks of this process the liquid is gently smoothed over three types of wood, including charred oak, which absorbs the unwanted impurities, leaving a flavoured but rich and creamy vodka. To maintain its natural bright notes of vanilla and cherry blossom, the final liquid is left unfiltered.Sauvelle Vodka
