Chef and restauranteur Jackson Boxer is serving a brand-new menu that celebrates the best of the season.
Standout sharing plates include ricotta and honey toast with sage, fried cauliflower with macadamia and jalapeño, and radicchio with passionfruit and hazelnut, alongside desserts such as pistachio financier, almond sorbet, and Earl Grey scones served with cream and jam.
Boxer’s sharing brunch concept is a highlight, with favourites including fried eggs with brown butter and crispy sage, date and coconut pancakes with black treacle butter, and Boxer’s twist on a classic Bloody Mary.
