The AW20 runway was a dramatic array of red and black silhouettes at
Noir Kei Ninomiya. Although the gothic hue is to be expected (the clue is in the label’s name), the scarlet tone might come as more of a surprise. But in the Japanese designer’s usual enigmatic manner, red is used as it can be mixed to create black. With that in mind, the brand designs this silk bomber with an embroidered print at the back. Slip it on over the collection’s matching tulle midi dress.
