Erdem was subtle with his theme for his Resort ’20 collection, merging 19th-century Belle Epoque finery with 1970s style. The designs are just as dreamy as always, through. Polka dots crop up across the edit, covering the gauzy silk-enthused chiffon of the Antoinette midi skirt. Elaborate ruffles and lace trim work in nods to historical costume, but the semi-sheer fabric and form-fitting cut make it decidedly more modern.
