Application: due to its loose texture, fingerprint application is recommended for intense payoff with as minimal fallout as possible. For maximum pigmentation and shimmer, gently pat finger into Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment and lightly press onto the back of the hand to warm product, then blend onto eyelid
