Although Elsa Peretti arrived in Tiffany & Co.’s hometown back in 1968, it wasn’t until almost ten years later in 1974 that she first partnered with the New York-based jeweller. Sculpturally shaped with fluid lines, there’s no denying this Open Heart necklace is one of the Italian designer’s creations. Crafted from a combination of sterling silver and glittering 18-carat rose-gold, it’s fitted with a pendant echoing the universal symbol for love that swings on the cable chain.
