Toga Virilis is the menswear line of Tokyo-based brand Toga, founded in 1997 by Yasuko Furuta. The label focuses on merging Japanese style with Western sensibilities, as expressed through the brand's name, which stands for the Ancient Roman garment worn by figures of authority. With that in mind, it makes a lot of sense that the brand would craft these subtle yet strong wool gabardine trousers, complete with pressed pleats at the front for a refined finish.
