Returning your items: 

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – all returns are complimentary. Store and online purchases can be returned to any of our four stores for a full refund or exchange within 28 days. Purchases made in store from 1 November 2020 can be returned up to and including 10 May 2021. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full, no quibble refund.

  • When will your stores reopen?

    We will open our doors following Government advice. Our stores may be temporarily closed, but our digital shop and services are here to help our customers have a magical festive season with extraordinary gifts and inspirational advice. 

     

  • Can I return items I bought before your stores closed?

    Store and online purchases can be returned to any of our four stores for a full refund or exchange within 28 days. Purchases made in store from 1 November 2020 can be returned up to and including 10 May 2021.

     

  • Where can I collect my Click & Collect order?

    Our Click & Collect service is available at Selfridges London for collections on Edwards Mews. Click & Collect is temporarily unavailable at our Birmingham and Manchester stores – see our delivery page for more information. 

  • What safety measures will be in place in store?

    The health, safety and wellbeing of customers and team members is our priority, and measures have been taken to help minimise the risk of coronavirus, in line with guidance from Public Health England and the relevant authorities. These include:  

    • We ask customers to follow current government guidelines on gatherings indoors or outside, keeping their group to one household or support bubble 

    • 1 customer per 16m2 of retail space 

    • A one way system to enter and exit our stores 

    • Face coverings worn by all customers and team members working in our stores  

    • Teams and customers will be asked to follow social distancing guidelines of 2 metres from the next individual 

    • Where social distancing cannot be maintained, we will install physical barriers to protect our customers and teams, with screens installed at till points and counters wherever appropriate 

    • Floor markings and signage installed across all of our stores and locations to support social distancing, including queue systems to enter Selfridges stores 

  • Am I required to wear a face covering?

    In line with UK legislation, and for the safety of both Selfridges customers and team members, you are required to wear a face covering at all times when visiting our stores. If you do not have a face covering, we will be unable permit entry to our stores. You are not required to wear a face covering whilst seated in our restaurants, cafés and bars. Upon leaving the restaurants, cafés or bars and entering the store, a face covering is compulsory. 

  • Are your restaurants open?

    All restaurants are temporarily closed in line with current government guidelines.  

  • Are beauty services available?

     A full range of beauty services are accessible via video call while our stores are temporarily closed –  book here.  

  • Is The Cinema at Selfridges open?

    The Cinema at Selfridges London is closed in line with current government guidelines. 

  • Will international deliveries be affected by Brexit?

    Due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered internationally or to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December 2020 will be subject to local taxes and duties, which will be automatically calculated at the checkout.  

    International customers from outside the EU can continue to claim tax back on in-store purchases made up until 31 December 2020 (tax can also be claimed back in store until the end of March 2021 for purchases made before this date). After this date, you will be able to shop via our Tax-Free Shipping Service, which allows you to shop in store for tax-free delivery to your chosen international address. 

  • Can I return items I bought before your stores closed?
