Offering up a taste of history, this
Château de Pez red wine is the product of one of Bordeaux’s oldest estates, passed down through generations since the 15th century and even surviving the French revolution. The grapes are picked by hand before being fermented and matured for up to 18 months in oak barrels. Expect a complex nose of spice and red fruits, with a long, elegant palate bursting with notes of black fruits and juicy strawberries.
