Ruffled slim-fit cotton-poplin shirt

Thinking about his SS20 collection, Dries Van Noten found himself drawn to the 80s and 90s which quickly led him to the work of Christian Lacroix. The collaboration, which Vogue called a “fantastical bromance”, resulted in pieces such as this shirt. Shaped with a flourish of Lacroix’s signature flamboyant frills at the sleeves, the rest of the silhouette is kept minimal in line with Dries’ aesthetic. Amp up the maximalism and slip it on with clashing prints, as per the show.
