“Unicus” – the latin word for “only – is the name of
Culmina’s Grüner Veltliner. It was chosen because the wine is the first of its kind from the Okanagan Valley. The grapes are grown and picked from one of the highest vineyards in Margaret’s Bench. The result? A vibrant mix of herbs, citruses and sweet fruity notes. It starts with white grapefruit and lemon zest, seasoned with white pepper and finishing on grapefruit pith, cara orange and rich slatey mineral flavours.
