Tennis player Björn Borg shot to stardom when he first stepped onto the Wimbledon court in the early 70s. Later, after winning multiple Grand Slam titles, the Swede transitioned from sportsman to fashion designer and founded his eponymous men's undergarments company. In 1989, the label's designer Anders Arnborger disrupted the industry with his development of the classic shorts, which consisted of seventeen pieces innovatively stitched together with flatlock seams for deluxe fit and comfort.
