Capturing the refinement of Bonaparte’s sister Caroline, Queen of Naples, the Reine de Naples watch consists of an oblong 18-carat white-gold case set with diamonds and fitted on a satin strap. The moonphase is displayed in mother-of-pearl and encased in sapphire crystal.
