Givenchy’s AW19 debut was an intimate presentation at the brand’s historic haute couture atelier on Avenue George V, where guests entered a salon fragrant with the scent of fresh gypsophila. Waight Keller described the aesthetic as “perverse posh”, which is also how you might describe the new take on the label’s logo as seen on this cotton-jersey T-shirt. Twisted into a diamond form, it’s all tonally embroidered to give a subtle yet secure sign-off.
