    How soft are we talking? We’re talking ridiculously soft. Johnstons of Elgin has been in the game long enough (since 1797 to be specific) to know what it’s doing. The Joe beanie hat is made with cashmere that was sourced from Mongolian cashmere goats and treated with the alkaline water of the nearby Lossie and Teviot rivers before being spun at the company’s famous Elgin mill. If you ask us, it’s the definition of comfort.
