There are all kinds of treats that make an appearance over Easter, but what’s better, hot cross buns, or chocolate? It’s too difficult to decide, we know, so Pump Street has combined the two in this bar. Made with cocoa from Crayfish Bay on the spice island of Granada, it’s infused with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon to recreate those signature toasted flavours. Much like that sticky sweet bread, the 58% chocolate is then studded with currants. Sweet.
