Pump Street has combined the two in this bar. Made with cocoa from Crayfish Bay on the spice island of Granada, it’s infused with nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon to recreate those signature toasted flavours. Much like that sticky sweet bread, the 58% chocolate is then studded with currants. Sweet.
