Smythson was established in 1887 as a stationery shop on Bond Street. But by the early 1900s, the British brand was making leather goods, including its very first handbag, marketed as the bag that would 'always hold just a little more'. We're not sure if we can say that about the label's small bucket bag; however, this design does promise buckets-full of style, owing to its perfect construction, neatly cinched-in silhouette, and semi-matte grained Ludlow calf leather.
