Dogliani started out in the 1940s, when brothers Angelo and Bartolemeo Dogliani opened a small pastry shop at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It was then passed down to Angelo’s son Franco, and is still going strong today. Thanks to its many years of experience (and its focus on each stage of the artisanal production process), it whips up treats like this baba al limoncello – a Neapolitan dessert cooked in a glass jar to create a fragrant, citrusy delight.
