Ann Demeulemeester Luce frosted-glass and ash-wood table lamp vase 17.5cm

Let there be light: that was the inspiration behind Ann Demeulemeester’s range of lit vases for Belgian design label Serax. The Luce comprises a sculptural barrel of frosted glass, set atop a circular base crafted from smooth ash wood. This has an integral LED light built into it, which can simply be used for an ambient glow – or to dramatically display a single flower. It’s rounded at the top to keep long stems held upright.
